Beur HaGra on the Jerusalem Talmud is an 18th-century commentary by the Vilna Gaon, covering most of the tractates in Seder Zeraim of the Jerusalem Talmud. The work includes original commentary explaining the text of the Talmud, as well as suggested emendations to the talmudic text. The Vilna Gaon was a pioneering figure in his generation who stressed the importance of studying the Jerusalem Talmud, after centuries in which its study was largely neglected.
