With Passover behind us, the commemorations of Yom HaShoah, Yom HaAtzmaut, and Yom HaZikkaron are just around the corner. Sefaria has digital resources to ease the online transition and help you connect with your students or community during these important moments.
Yom HaShoah:
- Commemorate Yom HaShoah with a lesson that asks “What Makes Us Human?”

Yom HaZikaron:

Yom HaAtzmaut:
- Celebrate Israel & Research the State's Symbol with a lesson plan written for students in grades 5-12 and their families
- Recite the Prayer for the State of Israel in Hebrew/English or transliteration, and the Prayer for Israeli Soldiers in Hebrew/English or transliteration
- Take a virtual trip through Israel to create a photo montage set to music with the lesson Singing the Song of Israel
