Save "Haara on Benching"
Haara on Benching
Sometimes Chazal create a string of pesukim from all over Tanach together to create a unique entity. One such example is the end of benching. I'd like to suggest the common thread of at least a few pesukim there.

Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest every living thing with favor.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose trust the Lord is.

I have been young and now I am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread.

The first passuk is in reference to those beings who are undeserving based on their deeds and faith in Hashem, but who Hashem nevertheless provides for their every need and want. (This is how R' Shlesinger understands he passuk, see also Taamei Minhagim to Shemoneh Esrei, Shema Koleinu who also intimates this)
The second passuk refers to a tzaddik who is reliant on Hashem, and that such a person is blessed. (See Gra in Ishei Yisrael who learns that this passuk is referring to a tzaddik who believes in Hashem and also does positive hishtadlus.)
The third passuk also refers to a tzaddik who relies on Hashem and therefore never lacks in his basic needs.
I don't know if the latter two pesukim are expressing the same idea just from another perspective or if it is a progression in levels of tzaddikim.
What is also interesting is that the latter two pesukim use terms which are found in the beracha of Al HaTzaddikim:

(1) May Your mercy be aroused, Adonoy our God, upon the righteous...Grant bountiful reward to all who trust in Your Name... for we have put our trust in You. Blessed are You, Adonoy, Support and Trust of the righteous.
